Before Japan comes in, it's at 340k for just last week. So yes, it can. At least Reggie has evidence to support his claims.
OT: I'd really like to see what they've got coming at E3--they seem quite confident.

He's talking America only, not WW. Reggie == NoA, and several retailers have already come out to say the supply and demand have already "met". He's doing some wishful thinking here.
