My Wii Fit clock turned bronze after 10 hours of use and silver after 20 hours of use.  I'm assuming it will turn gold at 30 hours, which I'll hit soon.  I've passed my BMI goal twice and I'm on my way to my 3rd goal.  This shit is amazing.
