Hopefully Microsoft executives are reading this news, and begging Uncle Bill to give em a few bucks to make this happen.
Merely because aquiring the ability to publish SE games in the US and PAL regions would be a deathblow to Sony, and make the X360 compete with the Wii for quite a bit of sales. SE's always gone where the winner has gone.
Nevertheless, outside of MS, my only idea would be Ubisoft (they have published other JRPGs for US and PAL markets) and the even worse option: EA.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
