assuming the PS3 manages to keep its sales going for three years at a 200K/week pace, and i'm being generous, it will have sold around 53 million, however that is a best case scenario, considering PS3 sales will probably start tapering off, before three years, considering its the lagging console in the race and the most expensive and shares much of its library with the cheaper 360, not to mention that the PS4 will probably be officially announced before 2012 at least in some form
