I think it's amazing just how far society has come in so little a time. Even here, on an internet chat room where people are shielded by anonymity, there's only a handful of bigots who just don't get it. As little as twenty years ago, there'd be a big heaping fist full of those people wherever you went, anonymous or not.
And most of the bigots here are kids. A lot of them are going to have their views change pretty fast when they actually encounter gays in their lives. Hell, I'm willing to bet that at least one of the bigots in this thread will one day regularly partake in homosexual relations.
