 HD consoles ( seeing how they both get games)  are still the leading one this gen.

Thing is the PS3 and the Xbox360 are close enough from each others that releasing a game on both is not a lot more expansive than releasing it only on one...

 

It's not on the Wii because Nintendo purposedly designed a system not easilly compatible with the other consoles and Regie knows it perfectly well...

 

Sure Capcom could probably trash the graphics and do a shitty port and then Wii owners would complain and Capcom image would be even more hurt. There's no win-win situation in those cases. You don't do a port, people bitch, you do a port they bitch too...

HD consoles are not 1 console, there are 3 consoles so that hardly qualifies as a valid argument, it's more cost vs effort vs profit and Capcom has gone corp, I don't blame them for doing so since it will yield them with a burst of money at a lower cost but that doesn't impress me one bit as how their company works now vs how they used to be. Capcom games are still good but the innovation and quality of production is not as high as they used to be.
