There is a difference between being confident and commanding, and arrogant.
Arrogant is say, coming out and telling people that they should work overtime to buy your system. Or saying that your system will sell 5 million units in the first week, just because its "playstation".
When has Reggie ever said anything even CLOSE to that?
Demanding to know why Capcom's top games aren't on the top system, isn't arrogant.
