Seriously? How are they even remotely the same game? Uncharted and Gears both have some of the best controls this gen. Period. Uncharted controls like a champ, has superb platforming, and a great cover system. RE5's controls absolutely suck in comparison.
Or to better sum it up, I can walk, run, dance, and shoot in Uncharted and Gears, and I have to stop and slowly aim in RE5. I'll still buy RE5 when it's budget priced, and probably enjoy it, but I much prefer controls that don't fight me every step of the way.

The whole enemy AI is based on the fact that you can't move and shoot.
Seeing how slow the zombies are the game would be a piece of cake if you could move and shoot...

Right, and they should have designed a game based on being able to walk and shoot. The zombies still run at you full speed and then stop and start walking when they get close. That's not what I call good design. It worked last gen for RE4, but RE4 is a much better game in every department but graphics. It's simply not fun to stop and shoot. It's counterintuitive, and they knew for a long time that this was going to be a big knock against the game, and they stuck with it.
