Yes.  And Matter isn't a dimension either... neither is mass.

But I found this quote:

(And the "interval", for instance, of something traveling at the speed of light would be zero, I presume because zero time would pass for them from our perspective.)

So I take it your position is that the "time" in "spacetime" is not in fact time as we ordinarily understand it. 

Aha!  "All the mass of a Schwarzschild black hole is concentrated at r = 0, a point of infinite density, where space and time come to an end."

That tells me that space, too, can be altered.  The incredible mass of the black hole has removed an (admittedly infinitely small) amount of space from the universe.
