A LAN adapter should cost somewhere from $20-25. You can probably a find a wireless router for about the same price if you look around and can definitely find a really good flashable one for maybe $30-50. If you're going to spend $40 to get the WiFi USB dongle, it's probably a better idea to just upgrade the router.
