Thanks to makingmusic's "Vg Chartz Plays TLOD".....I have once again returned to the world of dragoons & wow....I am enjoying myself with some good old turn based JRPG goodness.
Thanks to replaying TLOD I intend to REPLAY FF7, FF8, FF9 & FF10 over the summer holidays.......yes event hat boring FF9 game! (lol don't shoot me soriku)
notice FF12 isn't on the list.
I just remembered & realized how fun Turn-Based JRPG's are.....a week ago I was ALL for Action RPG's....
but where did the good old days go?
Anyways Arc Rise Fantasia for wii went up a few notches on my awaited games list as its turn based!
Now FF is usually the directionc onsole RPG's head.....its the defining game sales wise for the genre.
I feel thanks to FF12 becoming a ARPG & selling like 5 Million along with KH.....that made JRPG's move away from Turn Based games
Ironic as the top selling JRPG's have ALWAYS been turn based
will turn based JRPg GAMING ever come back?
