Every army gives it's men small arms. If a million people turned on the US with guns, don't you think that's a far better fighting force then a million without them?

You can't have it both ways. Say weapons are so dangerous they need to be taken away, and then say they are useless in a fight.

That's the whole point. If they don't have guns why do you have guns to begin with?
