I'm gonna say the bubble IS about to burst, but in a different way.
What's been releasing for the Wii has been mostly mediocre. There's been the fair share of great games, but there's been a lot of dull stuff, too. And still fewer really high-quality games than what you see for other systems.
The bubble is about to burst... and developers will suddenly be releasing a plethora of games. I see it as the bubble containing the Wii's potential, and when it bursts, the Wii will explode with a surge of new life.
Rather than dying off, I expect it to suddenly begin soaring higher than ever.
