My 40GB PS3 has only 12 GB left :(

After 2-3 more installs and DLC, i will have no space left. :(

If i swap my hard drive, will my trophies be lost ? You know when you select trophy collection in the XMB, will they be displayed?
Can I use a 7200rpm drive instead of 5400rpm?
