Which is better? Atari Jaguar or Panasonic 3DO?

It doesn't play DVDs...and yes, it was one of the first CD based consoles. As for the first CD console, I think that was FM-Towns Marty, if we are not counting add ons (then it's PC-Engine CD-ROM).
