there are so many variables.
It depends how you kill the person. If it was self defense then not your fault, but killing in cold blood is horrible.
Rape kind of depends on how violent/brutal it is.
I'd go with rape being worse personally. You would put the person through hell. At least with murder their dead and in a better place.
