Yes I have that too, but I'm still looking forward to downloading this. Why? The emulation for MM on that disc is terrible, as is well-document on Wikipedia and elsewhere. Even if you don't have it freeze on you or drop your save data, the framerate is not as high as the original, and the music has issues throughout. In particular, the threat of it freezing or killing your saved "owl" data, though, is particularly bad for a game like this one with the 3-day structure.
On top of that, it's simply far more convenient to have a great game like this sitting on your Wii menu (or SD menu). I tire of getting out the GC controller & memory card, disc, etc. To get all four of the titles you listed from the VC would be $28 rather than $20, but I'd still advise anyone to go for the VC, if only for the convenience, and the promise of better emulation for MM.
Oh, and when I get around to restarting Zelda 2, I'll probably download that as well, given that I find the Wii remote to be very comfortable for old NES games, but the GC not so much; plus, the quick "return to menu" save feature would be crucial for that title.
