I definately think Uncharted 2. I mean the first one held the crown all the way from November of 2007 all the way till February of 2009 when Killzone 2 passed it. It had a solid 16 month reign as king.
I expect come this fall (or whenever it comes out) that It will bring the graphics crown back to Naughty Dog studios.
