This kind of differences are never important - no matter the console. All that matters is that they're practically the same.
Not to say I would've cared much anyway - if I'm ever going to play anything that uses CE3, I'll play it on PC. I think they said it's the superior platform (no surprise though) and even if it wasn't, it'd have better controls. Ignore this if this annoys you, it's just another reason not to care about these minor differences between the console versions.
