yeah kojima stated many times if you want mgs4 than you need a ps3. he went as far as saying ps3 was the only console mgs4 could be made for. not only did kojima deny it time and again but so did konami... a better example numonix could of given was bioshock and look how that turned out.
Cueil - porting costs a portion of the development. Bioshock probably made a nice big profit. (cost to profit ratio) also NG2 was published by MS too and its coming to the ps3 now. which leads me to believe bioware could add in some minor extras include the DLC and name the ps3 version Mass Effect: Beginings or something and get away with it.
