Just like you knew DS sales would not last, and PSP would crush it, right? Just kidding...
But you're right, games are the most important thing: and that's exactly why Wii sales are so low in Japan...
Mario Party 8 and Dragon Quest Swords were the only "big" titles for the Wii for weeks and weeks now... and the Wii Sports momentum seems to be fading, even if i think it will be back in the Top 10 by the end of the year...
Now, when Galaxy, Brawl, Mario Kart will be released, and when (finally) some good 3rd party games will be released... THEN you'll see Wii's full potential, and you'll be able to judge...
Cos even now, with an "all-time low", weekly Wii sales (on a worldwide basis) are still between 200-300.000, just like it has been for weeks and weeks... 220.00 against 280.000 in a low sales period doesn't mean ANYTHING...
As most of your "fanboyish" comments, i would add... and i've readed MANY of these, even if i don't post often... (and guess why?)
