I think those numbers are a testament to how well both are doing. Sony seems to be posting very steady numbers while Microsoft has improved a lot. I think they should both be proud of these figures. Sony moreso because of the economic situation the world is in and the PS3 price point.

I'd rephrase that to "sony moreso because the whatever rise the 360 has gotten hasn't cannibalized the ps3's existence unlike other regions"
