The only thing I can think of is the camera. Nothing else is crucial. This is why all the outrage seems to be pointless. Especially since the DS Userbase is much, much, much greater than that of the DSI. I do not see Nintendo being able to force that many people to upgrade from a DS to a DSI. A majority of the DS fanbase will not.
Secondly, there is no way Nintendo will forsake the DS audience just to make a few dollars from the DSI crowd. Third parties will surely not do this. They all will go after all the fanbase not just the select few. The DSI only carts will have limited appeal .



If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba
