It's expect that people spell words correctly. Are you suggesting that Akuma feels it's expected that people in the Military are superior, thus he only needs to point out when they are inferior?

He used those statistics as a way to point out that people in the military are not in fact perfect, and in fact are far from perfect and have some places where they really need to improve.  This does not mean that he doesn't think other groups of people and other professions don't have areas they could improve as well.

But my point (which perhaps was poorly analogized) was that your apparent assumption that he believes military people are superior at nothing just because he gave no example of their superiority is ludicrous.
