What will happen to the Wii if Freedom takes off?

So what happens if MS bundles an arcade + this hardware thingie  + a family fun MotionSports game, sells it for $259 and markets it like crazy as "you can play your MotionSports with your family _and_  it plays all the 360 games for your 16yo son, at the same price as a Wii"

 

 

 

 

Still not that much. If they can bring out a "white good" version of the XBox, preferably with a different name, then they may begin to steal market share.
