I really hate to be a pain in the ass and I'm not trying to bust your balls, but can you provide proof that a hefty amount of industry professionals agree with him? I mean, I know major publishers and developers will be supporting OnLive, but I haven't heard anyone other than Patcher predicting the doom of consoles.

As for rising dev costs... it's murky water. The thing is, they're attempting to develop technically ambitious games when a large part of the market isn't asking for that huge jump.
