I think it'll be launching very soon.. VGChartz will get more traffic around GDC I assume so either they'll launch it then to further increase traffic and ad revenue and also to allow more people to see the change as they come here to check out other news.
OR
They'll wait until afterwards to save bandwidth and also to have a larger amount of traffic over a larger period of time instead of a spike.
I think number one would be the better move to get the new look more publicised I guess with more people seeing the changes..
The moral of the story? You'll know in the next week I'd say
