Not entirely sure it is. Both Fatal Frame and Disaster Day of crisis being released in the US were going to be based off of the success of the titles. Fatal Frame seems to have been tracked at about 80k in Japan since it's release. I wouldn't hold my breath for either title showing up in the US, or Fatal frame appearing anywhere outside Japan.
