Some Games Will Not Play On My 360.

Problem is i just paid for this problem to be resolved and was wondering was the games damaged prior to repair?

 

 

 Could still be faulty, my initial repair was for the disk drive going out. While playing a game the 360 started making a bunch of scratching and screeching noises and then nothing would read. When I got it back was when I started having the problems with specific games. I was getting the white screen that has "put disk in 360 console" in like 10 different languages.

F**k it if it is still faulty I travelled 90 miles  round trip today to pick it up having done the same trip 10 days ago.

I was hoping maybe the discs had got damaged prior to repair.
