Media Create publishes their reports officially every week. While most Enterbrain data we have comes from leaks which makes it less official and less representative.
I personally favor Enterbrain (Famitsu) becouse of their bigger market coverage and becouse their disclose more numbers. It also nice that Enterbrain numbers are released earlier most of the times.
But if I had to write an article about video game sales I would prefer to give a link to an official MC source than leak of Enterbrain numbers.
