Is that the one where you jump down into the water, I think it's called the Cistern. The key is to know the enemy spawn points. Kill the 3 guys before you jump down, and then they spawn on the left, and then on the right. There is also a cheat online, if you enter the room and then leave all of the enemies will spawn and you can just kill them before jumping down.
