Honestly.. if Madworld was on PS3/360 it would have been eclipsed by RE5 and hardly anyone would have bought it due to its black and white visuals.
I don't expect it to do the impossible but at the very least, give it some time before calling it a flop. SO many Wii games sold less in their first week than Madworld and still sold a million in lifetime sales. Let's not call a race just into its first few seconds.
Pixel Art can be fun.
