or when you mod your system or change the code and all that blah blah. Why do you think they have firmware updates? Console makers are always looking for things that people do to modify their systems and ways to "brick" those systems. With a game like brawl that you can play online, I'm guessing that Nintendo will or currently is looking into this and will probably include something in one of their future updates that will brick systems with this tampering on it.
