360 has the EASIEST PIRACy since PSone. The flash of a 360 drive is something you can do home without soldering.

Donät know about US but in PAL countries some EU states donät have laws againts modding, like in Sweden, and the anti-Piracy laws are week.

360 loses grounds in sales when you can easily just download games and burn it on a 2 dollar disc. Works online also in most cases.

PS1, Dreamcast, Saturn, PS2...It's the hardest so far.

There are "no solder" chips available for all those devices and no messing around with software in dos and...well I wouldn't say any of them are "hard" it's just the 360 is a lot more time consuming first time.
