| SlumsofOhio said: World at War is a FPS (Very popular genre) with the Call of Duty name pushing it along. Madworld is a low profile, mature action game with very little name recognition. I just don't see Madworld selling one million copies, considering the lack of replay value will hurt the games legs in the long run. |
I find it funny that every review I've seen talks about the high replay value. Yet you, a person who has probably not gone withing 10 feet of the game, state that it has none.
I'm guessing you haven't gamed for even a decade. Games used to take 3-7 hours to beat. The replay value comes in at doing them on higher difficulties, aiming for higher scores, and generally trying to get as good as you can at the game...because it's fun!
This is probably a wild assumption, but I'm guessing if a game doesn't have online, you only beat it once?

Achievement is its own reward, pride only obscures.
