I agree it's on the wrong platform but disagree that PS3 is that platform.

DS, Wii or PSP is the correct platform.

Even the games selling on PS3 are too low for the dev costs.

JRPGs just can't afford HD and expect profits.

Releasing JRPGS on the PS3 would of did next to nothing to remedy this.
