Madden will sell better on PS3 than Wii no question about it.
Tiger Woods on Wii already easily outsells 360 & PS3 - in fact according to this site it almost outsells their combined total - and that's before WM+, it'll be huge with WM+ added.
Irregardless you can't compare like that because the HD systems have a different user base with different tastes than Wii does. For example- a huge portion of Wii owners are female whereas very few females own a 360 or PS3.
