First of all you have to realize that Germany lost territory to the Soviet Union permanently (via Poland).
Israel is no more immoral creation than hundreds of other nations in recent history (20th century). Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Jordania, Kuwait, The Emirates, Yemen etc - the whole Middle East is made of artificial nations that were dictated by the fall of the British, Ottoman and French Empires.
At the creation of Israel, there were no such thing as the "Palestinian people". There were just Arabs living under the British Mandate, and formerly under Ottoman rule. There was plenty of room for the Arabs, but tiny room for the Jews. Still the Arabs started war in 1948, but they lost and they got punished, just like history always punishes losers.
And you're willing to accept the Green line? Well the Israeli side of the Green line borders include territories conquered by the Jews in a war. Well, then you should be willing to accept that parts of the West Bank also could fall under Israeli permanent control (which they will). Fundamentally no difference - they are territories that Israel took as punishment for the Arabs starting a war in 1967.
And Jerusalem belongs to the Jews. They created it. They always lived there.
