he have flammed  from naruto: ninja storms , FF13 , Home (twice) even the PSN.

either way it's flamming i don't think a mod should do it.

people will get either  offend or be irritated and not being able to report him.

If not liking a game and voicing your opinions why you don't like a game were bannable offenses what would be the point of even coming to forums like these?  I don't care if you make a thread on why you don't like something like the Conduit, as long as you back up your opinons and don't just say something like Omg Conduit looks like ass, Killzone 2 totally pwns it!!  If you make a thread actually voicing your dislikes so people can actually have a discussion about the points, that's perfectly cool for the most part (and only say that because there are always exceptions).

Indeed, I love Naruto: UNS, yet never took offense to you voicing your opinions about not liking it, tried to help out with the game by telling you strategies, but if you didn't like a game you didn't like it, it's not an issue of hating the PS3 itself <_<

The real issue is some people take offense when anyone has any issue with a certain companies products, too much blind loyalty.  The other issue is people really don't see the difference between voicing an opinion and trolling, as many seem to think "Fable II is teh suxorz" is a legit opinion and wonder why they get banned, when someone else says "The Conduit doesn't look impressive to me, I don't see what the to do is about" and doesn't get banned.
