Hard? I died within the first 15 minutes of RE4 but this one has yielded little to no problems even on Veteran difficulty in coop mode for us (some of the boating maps are a little hard though).
One of you must've been less than proficent at playing it if you had such a hard time with it.
Hint; you're really not supposed to kill the first horde of zombies you meet, there'll be 50-60 of them, at least, you're supposed to escape and run through a door to activate a cutscene and progress.
I can see how someone could dislike the title, controls and story aren't the best in the world, but when you get skilled with them you can own anything no problem.
The fact that you loved RE4 makes it more puzzling though, the RE4 controls are almost exactly the same (a little worse actually) and the story is nonexistant, practically.
