early DVD players could not read every DVDs either so I am not sure what is new there ( and the PS3 can actually read them all, your player probably could too if you updated the firmware).
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
