Besides, the reason for lots of people buying the PS3 in Europe is the BluRay player.
In that, Sony was successful. But because of that, I can't see the PS3 "winning" by having the most software sales, as a lot of people will use it mostly as a BD.
If it was not for the BluRay player and no region lock on PS3 games, I know I could not justify paying 500 € (as I WILL wait for a price drop like most people) for a console, even having 3 games I want already released for it.
And it seems it burns the mouth of DFC to admit that the growth in videogame sales is entirely due to Nintendo and their DS and Wii.
