Attach rate and sale numbers are not the same. its total sales divides by consoles. I was surprise to see SF4: 360 sold 450k (there are 17 million consoles) ps3 sold 403k (there are 8 million consoles)

We should stop with the 'attach rates' bullcrap. Attach rates typically grow when you have less new console buys since the new owners start with owning 1 or 2 games, not 10... So basically it can be good for software or bad for hardware. It means nothing, since we don't know exactly which one of those two meanings is true. Advantage : you can make it say whatever you want. it's useless except in MS PR flamebait speeches that greenturd loves so much. Sony and MS win money with sales, not with 'attach rates'. Sony just sold 700k Playstation consoles (2+3+PSP) in the US in one month, so they're doing really fine, even more Worldwide or in software sales when they're definitely on par with MS. That's why the 12 year old MS fanboys 'Sony is dooooomed' threads are so funny. They want their PS3 so much but mommy doesn't want to pay, so all they can do is trying to hate. Love and hate are so close, the opposite of love is indifference. If they didn't want the PS3, you wouldn't see any thread about it (example : the Wii).
