Is the Xbox 360 library about to take over the ps2 library as the greatest?

Maybe if you like console shooters, but other than that: No

360 has a great library, but pretty uniform as well. It's an Unreal Engine, Shooter/WRPG heaven.

But:
Platformer?
JRPG?
SRPG?
Horror?
Puzzle?
Lightgun?
Party?

Sure, 360 has those, but not multiple outstanding ones. PS2 probably has the best library among all genres. I still prefer SNES/PS1 for RPGs though.
