Punch-Out!! to have multiplayer, why no online?

I wouldn't mind trying some multiplayer. No one forces you to play it.

 

It's not about forcing us to play it. It's about insisting Nintendo is obligated to include it.

That's only valid if every single game but Punch Out had online. They don't, so try something just a little more specific than the damn year.
