1. What's wrong with that?
2. Younger People go online to look at specs and get info. The employees know that any question a younge person IS going to ask, they will not be able to anser.
3. Older people almost always have a bunch of simple questions that can be answered by explaining what something means on the display card.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
