my review of "alone in the dark:inferno" on ps3.

graphics : the textures are nicely done,smoke effects,detail of the ppl and creatures are very nice. environments are well done, water,fire and overall tone of the graphics work just right with these genre of game.

controls : the controls are damn new perfect, i never had a single problem with controlling my character wether it was in 3rd or 1st person. switching between checking your inventory to taking care of a enemy is a smooth and effortless task for any player.

invention of new weapons : in the game u can combine tons of items with others to make a more powerfull weapon, u can take liquid and put it on bullets to make fire bullets a very effective weapon against your enemies, plus the way u can use the liquid to drip it on the floor and pour and make a trail to light is cool.

episodes : the way the game is broken into a tv series is actually a cool idea, i liked it alot.

length : i put about 9 hrs into the game and enjoyed it alot, i recommend this game to anyone who likes survival horror games with a good story.

when u 1st put the game in u have to install some data onto the hdd, doesnt take long at all. after that u do a update, which gives the game trophy's and getting them is fun and also easy. i got this game new for $20 at walmart, a really good deal after i have played and beaten the game i think.

overall i would give this game a score of : 9/10
