while you shoudlnt really expect much of the "rpg" elements.. they are a nice addition to the harvest moon gamplay but not deep or special enough to compete with "real" rpgs
cant say if it works in the wii as good as on the ds but the mix of improved streamlined harvestmoon esque gameplay with some minor rpg,dungeon crawling makes the rf series quite special and fun..although i didnt like the way they turned rf2 on the ds into a pastelle inferno
what makes frontier so interesting is the fact that they included characters from the first rune factory in the game.. such as raguna,tabatha,mist,melody,rosetta and bianca
its a fun series just dont expect a harvest moon meets final fantasy
