Wasn't theirs based just on the draft DOCSIS 3.0 spec? I think they allowed a firmware upgrade, but still that is risky from the buyer's perspective. I made that mistake buying a 802.11 draft B card from a company who went belly up before the specs were finalized. That was a nightmare.

 

Well yes, theirs isn't true DOCSIS 3.0. It's only 2 up and 2 down streams. It's legit though.
