I'm sure headset support will be added later, but personally I wouldn't care if they don't.
I have a headset for my PC, and most of the time I don't use it. As I'm partially deaf, most of the time I can't understand what people are saying... SPECIALLY americans (British, australians = OK). Also, it's useless most of the time, is not like you will build out a strategy or something, it's always like "oh f*cking sniper n00b" or "stop f*cking headshoting f*cking n00b sh*t".
